Meet Ulla von Weissenberg: Ulla heads Procopé & Hornborg’s Shipping & Logistics practice. She advises clients on international maritime, transport, aviation, and trade matters, including compliance and sanctions issues. With extensive experience in litigation, arbitration, logistics contracts, and insurance disputes, Ulla regularly assists clients in complex cross-border matters. 

Meet Pia Tanskanen: Pia is the Managing Partner of Procopé & Hornborg and co-head of the firm’s M&A practice. She specializes in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate and contract law. With extensive experience in multi-jurisdictional transactions and a strong in-house counsel background, Pia brings valuable industry insight to both domestic and international clients. 

Meet Petri Kyllönen: Petri is a partner and co-head of Procopé & Hornborg’s M&A practice. He advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate reorganisations, and strategic investments. Petri has extensive experience in complex domestic and cross-border transactions across a wide range of industries and is known for providing practical, business-oriented advice throughout the transaction lifecycle.
