We advise clients on wide variety of defence-sector related assignments concerning security of supply and critical infrastructure. Our work spans a broad range of defence and security related mandates, including strategic M&A and joint ventures, complex procurement projects (including government to government) and competition law related advisory (FDI or EU State Aid). Additionally, we have regularly been assisting our clients in several assignments related to for example major power plant projects or energy infrastructure critical for guaranteeing security of supply. We also support in naval and ship-related contracting and other logistics-heavy arrangements.

We advised Gasgrid Finland Oy and Elering AS in insurance related matters concerning the damaged Balticconnector gas pipeline.

We successfully helped our clients on securing their rights and on obtaining approximately EUR 30 million as insurance compensation for the repairs of the sustained damage.
