About Lauri
Lauri advises our clients on M&A projects along with issues relating to Corporate Law and Commercial contracts. Lauri joined the Procopé & Hornborg team in October 2022. Before starting his career at Procopé, Lauri acted as the Deputy Managing Director of a company organizing prep courses for the entrance exams for the Law Schools of Finnish Universities. Lauri also has a background in academic research. In addition, Lauri has worked as a professional composer – and musician – for varying media productions.
