Our Partner Lotta Uusitalo will be participating in International Bar Association’s 27th Annual Competition Conference on Florence between 15 – 16 September.

Lotta is the head of our Competition & Procurement practice. Lotta routinely advises clients in all aspects of competition law: merger control, cartel investigations, behavioral antitrust matters, abuse of dominance, vertical restrictions, and damages actions. Lotta has significant experience in advising clients in co-operation with competitors and exchange of information, particularly for trade associations and on the energy & infra sector. Lotta gives advise also in state aid and public procurement matters. In addition, Lotta has significant competition & commercial experience particularly from automotive sector.
