Procopé & Hornborg assisted a global operator in the merger control process at the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority and in the merger control process at the European Commission. The merger notifications were originally made nationally in Finland and the Baltic states and subsequently matter was transferred to the Commission. The Commission cleared the concentration with the conditions.
