Procopé & Hornborg acted as legal advisor to Indutrade in its acquisition of Albiox Oy. Albiox is a Helsinki-based company specializing in cleanroom products, customized drug-manufacturing solutions, as well as biological media for pharmacies and pharmaceutical manufacturers in the Nordics.

Indutrade is an international technology and industrial business group consisting of over 220 companies in more than 30 countries, with a strong focus on developing and acquiring companies in selected technical niches. Albiox will operate as an add-on to Indutrade-owned Labema Oy under the Labema Group, further reinforcing the group’s position in the life science and pharma sector in Finland and across the Nordics.
