Procopé & Hornborg advised Suomen Hyötytuuli Oy on key regulatory aspects of a long-term Power Purchase Agreement entered into with Google. The PPA covers electricity produced by the Alajoki-Peuralinna wind farm, which consists of 14 wind turbines. Suomen Hyötytuuli Oy is a forerunner of wind energy in Finland. The company has ten onshore wind farms in operation or in test use and one offshore wind farm operating in Tahkoluoto. The company also has several wind energy projects under development. The overall annual production of Suomen Hyötytuuli Oy amounts to 1.9 terawatt hours.
