About Iida
Iida advises Finnish and international clients across all areas of Finnish and EU competition law. She also advises on energy market regulation, state aid and public procurement matters.
Her practice covers horizontal cooperation, including joint ventures, joint commercialisation and information exchange between competitors, as well as vertical restraints and the structuring of distribution arrangements. Iida regularly advises on competition law aspects of mergers and acquisitions, abuse of dominance matters, competition compliance programmes and dawn raid preparedness.
In addition to competition law, Iida advises clients on a broad range of M&A, corporate law and contract law matters.
Iida joined Procopé & Hornborg as a Senior Trainee in 2021 and was appointed Associate upon her graduation in 2022. She was admitted to the Finnish Bar Association on 31 May 2026 and appointed Senior Associate. Prior to joining the firm, Iida gained experience during her studies at an international consulting firm, a Finnish business law firm and several other organisations.
