We acted as a legal advisor to Etteplan Plc in its acquisition of Skyrise.tech and related directed share issue. Skyrise.tech is Polish software development company which creates custom software solutions and provides mobile and web app development services backed up with product design and ideation services. The company was founded in 2008 and nowadays has multiple locations around Europe.
Etteplan has previously invested in digitalization and software development. With this acquisition, Etteplan significantly improves its ability to deliver software solutions for cloud and application. The parties of the acquisition have not disclosed the purchase price.
Etteplan is a Finnish company which provides solutions for industrial equipment and plant engineering, software and embedded solutions, and technical documentation solutions to the world’s leading companies in the manufacturing industry. In 2020, Etteplan’s turnover was approximately EUR 260 million. Etteplan is listed on Nasdaq Helsinki.
