Procopé & Hornborg advised Etteplan Oyj on its strategic 20 % stake investment in Ekkono Solutions AB. Ekkono Solutions is a Swedish software company that focuses on developing machine learning and artificial intelligence technology. The investment supports Etteplan’s growth strategy and its objective of integrating modern technology into its service solutions. Through cooperation, Etteplan can guide the development of Ekkono Solutions’ technology and support digital and green transitions by contributing to the adoption of innovative technology in industry.  
 
Etteplan is a Finnish public company providing solutions for industrial equipment and plant engineering, software and embedded solutions, and technical documentation solutions to the world’s leading companies in the manufacturing industry. In total Etteplan has currently over 4,000 professionals in Finland, Sweden, the Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Denmark and China. Etteplan is listed on Nasdaq Helsinki and it had a turnover of approximately EUR 300 million in 2021.
