About Sonja

Sonja specializes in data protection and corporate advisory. She advises clients on a variety of data protection matters and corporate & contract law issues. In addition, she assists both domestic and international clients in various business fields in M&A, with an emphasis on data protection compliance issues and corporate & contract law.

Sonja joined Procopé & Hornborg as an Associate upon her graduation in 2021 after working at the firm as a Senior Trainee for several years. Sonja has gained experience from working in law firms and as a Secondee Data Protection Officer in a significant Finnish electricity company.
