We are pleased to announce that Beijer Tech through its subsidiary Beijer Oy, part of the Beijer Alma Group, has acquired a share majority in JR-Wood Oy, a Finnish supplier of wood products and ready-to-install material solutions. Procopé & Hornborg has provided legal advisory support to Beijer Oy and to the Beijer Alma Group throughout the transaction.

JR-Wood Oy specializes in ready-to-install material packages of roofs, facades, doors and windows for the renovation market in Finland and Sweden, and with a revenue of around EUR 17 million, the company has successfully established itself as a reliable partner by offering high-quality, customer-specific solutions in the fields it operates. The acquisition strengthens Beijer Alma’s growth in the Nordic region by expanding the group’s opportunities and product range in specialized markets. It also aligns with the group’s strategy of acquiring profitable niche companies with high value-add and potential for good growth.
