Procopé & Hornborg advised Ensto Oy on the divestment of its subsidiary OOO Ensto Rus. Following a complete evaluation of the changed operating environment, Ensto decided to permanently leave Russia and sell its Russian company to local management. The sale and purchase agreement was signed on 30 June 2022.

As a result of the transaction, the company, including approximately 60 employees in St. Petersburg, Moscow, Novosibirsk, and Vladivostok, has been transferred to the new owners. The Ensto brand and Ensto products are not included in the transaction.
