Procopé & Hornborg advised Indutrade on its acquisition of Pistesarjat Oy. Pistesarjat offers heating and frost protection cable systems, fire-resistant cable systems and data cable systems for global leading suppliers and customers in Finland. Moreover, Pistesarjat offers high quality solutions for application areas such as defrosting, electric heating, concrete hardening, industrial trace heating and fire-proof cabling. The Espoo-based company employs 25 people and has an annual turnover of some EUR 9 million.
