Procopé & Hornborg acted as the Legal Advisor for Ensto Group in its acquisition of Workspaces -business from control system supplier Mount Kelvin Oy. Workspaces-business offers office control system enabling personalized lighting possibilities for the office employees. Ensto continues to develop the innovative lighting control solution now called Ensto Workspaces. In addition to the acquisition of the Workspaces-business Ensto also invests in Mount Kelvin.
Mount Kelvin is a software company focusing on the digitalization of the interior spaces. Ensto designs and provides smart electrical solutions to improve the safety, functionality, reliability and efficiency of smart grids, buildings and transportation. Ensto is an international technology company and a family business which was founded in 1958 and it employs ca. 1,600 professionals in Europe, the USA and Asia.
