Likeit provides SaaS and financial administration services for the labour-intensive sectors. Nepton is the most recommended work time management SaaS service in Finland. Both companies are also known for their HR and shift planning services. Sponsor Capital, established 1967, is a prominent Finnish private equity firm that invests in small- and medium-sized companies.
The completed transaction with Sponsor Funds belongs to the long-term strategy of LikeIT Nepton Group to grow into a large HR services company with an ever growing, strong and valued position in the business sector in question. After the combination, over 110,000 people utilizes the services of Likeit Nepton Group Oy in Finland and Northern Europe, and the company has over 700 customers in different business sectors.
