Procopé & Hornborg acted as the Legal Advisor to Etteplan Oyj in its acquisition of Adina Solutions Oy which is a company specialized in technical documentation of software. The company’s three main areas of business are designing and creating user guides, consulting their clients in their technical communication questions, and providing trainings. The customer base of Adina Solutions consists primarily of software and device manufacturers.

The acquisition of the company strengthens Etteplan’s expertise in the technical documentation and localization aspects of software. The acquisition of Adina Solutions is a significant strengthening for Etteplan as the importance of digitalization and the quantity of software continues to grow.
