Procopé & Hornborg advised Sievi Capital Oyj in its acquisition of Rakennuttajatoimisto HTJ Oy, a leading Finnish construction consultancy company. HTJ provides construction management, site management and project management services as well as energy and environment consultancy services to its customers. In 2020, HTJ’s turnover amounted to some EUR 18,5 million. Together with Sievi Capital, some of HTJ’s managers and board members will co-invest in HTJ.
Following the acquisition, the continuance of positive development and further growth of HTJ will be supported by strong economic resources.
Sievi Capital is a Finnish listed private equity investment company that invests in unlisted small and medium-sized Finnish companies to support their growth, performance and value creation through active ownership.
