Procopé & Hornborg acted as the Legal Advisor to Rakennuttajatoimisto HTJ Oy in its acquisition of Infrap Oy, a company specialized in expert services in infrastructure and civil engineering.
Infrap Oy provides project management, construction management, supervision and surveying services to its customers. In 2021, Infrap Oy’s turnover was approximately EUR 4.5 million, and the company employs approximately 40 experts working in infrastructure projects nationwide. Following the acquisition, HTJ’s expertise in infrastructure and industrial construction will expand, both geographically and in terms of the service offering.
