We successfully represented a Dutch company in FAI arbitration proceedings where the tribunal accepted our client’s arguments and decided that it did not have jurisdiction to decide on the merits of the dispute and made an order terminating the arbitration proceedings. Subsequently, we advised on the Finnish law aspects relating to the enforcement of the arbitral award regarding the costs of the arbitration in Belgium.
