Procopé & Hornborg advises DL Data Oy in the acquisition by Verano Eterno Oy, part of Nestit Group Ab. Post-transaction, DL Data will operate as a subsidiary of Verano. DL Data is an IT services company based in Lapua that provides IT maintenance, management, and support services to small and medium-sized businesses, as well as deliveries of hardware, third-party software, and related services.

The acquisition is an important step in Verano’s ambition to grow in Finland and establish an even stronger position in the market. It further supports Nestit Group’s broader strategy to build a leading Nordic group within IT and office solutions. Nestit Group is a leading Nordic provider of IT, managed working environments, and office solutions for small and medium-sized businesses, with a combined revenue of approximately one billion Swedish crowns and active growth ambitions in Finland.
