Procopé & Hornborg is pleased to announce key strategic updates aimed at driving customers’ success. As part of our updated strategy, the firm will invest in the development of four primary practice areas: Dispute Resolution, Energy & Infra, M&A, and Shipping & Logistics.

In these areas, the leadership remains unchanged: Asta Siponen and Ulla von Weissenberg will continue to lead Dispute Resolution; Petri Kyllönen and Pia Tanskanen will lead M&A; and Ulla von Weissenberg will lead Shipping & Logistics. Additionally, Lotta Uusitalo will join Ismo Hentula to co-lead the Energy & Infra practice. This strategic focus underscores our commitment to enhancing our office’s capabilities, particularly in the rapidly evolving energy and infrastructure sector.

As part of these changes, Petri Kyllönen, the co-head of our M&A practice, has been appointed Chairman of the Board. He succeeds Ismo Hentula, who will now concentrate on his role as Partner and co-leader of the Energy & Infra practice.

Petri Kyllönen brings extensive expertise and a proven track record in the legal sector. In his new role, Petri will focus on steering the Board’s strategic initiatives while continuing his contributions as a Partner in the M&A practice.
