Meet Ulla von Weissenberg: Ulla heads Procopé & Hornborg’s Shipping & Logistics practice, leveraging her extensive maritime and transport law expertise to advise clients on international maritime, transport, aviation, and trade issues, including compliance and sanctions. Known for her litigation skills, Ulla regularly handles complex cross-border disputes in arbitration and local courts, drawing on her broad experience in logistics contracts and insurance matters, both maritime and non-marine.

Meet Pia Tanskanen: Pia serves as the Managing Partner of Procopé & Hornborg and co-heads the firm’s M&A practice. Pia specializes in mergers & acquisitions, private equity as well as corporate and contract law. She has extensive experience in multi-jurisdictional transactions and divestments involving industrial clients. Due to her extensive general counsel background Pia has in-depth knowledge in steel, energy and consumer goods business, just to name a few.
