Eatech Oy, founded in 2006, specializes in software and mobile solutions, service design, testing services and also offers continuous services for maintaining business-critical systems. In 2017, Eatech’s revenue was some EUR 7.5 million and the company employed more than 100 experts. With the acquisition of Eatech, Etteplan strengthens its digital services and software capabilities. The acquisition is in line with Etteplan’s growth strategy, which has the organic growth and the strengthening of expertise through acquisitions at its core.

Etteplan provides design engineering services, embedded systems and IoT services as well as technical documentation solutions to the leading companies of the world in the manufacturing industry. In 2017, Etteplan had a turnover of some EUR 215 million. The company employs over 2,800 experts in Finland, Sweden, the Netherlands, Germany, Poland and China. Etteplan is listed on Nasdaq Helsinki.
