We were happy to provide legal advisory support to Finland’s largest infrastructure service provider Destia throughout the acquisition of the substation construction business of Rificum Oy. The energy business is an essential part of Destia’s strategy, and the increase in substation construction offers them a great opportunity for growth. The acquisition guarantees that Destia has the necessary resources for the expansion. Effective as of July 31, 2024, the substation construction business, including its employees, were transferred to Destia.
