Procopé & Hornborg acted as the Legal Advisor to Etteplan Oyj in its acquisition of STRONGIT Aps and related directed share issue. STRONGIT is a software and embedded services company founded in 2010 and delivers its services through a team of 13 competent experts and a network of around 70 freelancers in Copenhagen, Århus and Gråsten, Denmark. In 2023, STRONGIT’s revenue was approximately 13 million euros.
The acquisition supports both STRONGIT’s and Etteplan’s growth strategy as it strengthen Etteplan’s position in Denmark and consulting capabilities as a provider of product design services and embedded solutions.
Etteplan is a Finnish public technology service company specializing in software and embedded solutions, engineering solutions, and technical communication solutions to the world’s leading companies in the manufacturing industry. In total Etteplan has some 4 000 employees in seven different countries. Etteplan is listed on Nasdaq Helsinki and had a turnover of EUR 350.2 million in 2022.
