Procopé & Hornborg acted as legal advisor to Rakennuttajatoimisto HTJ Oy in its acquisition of FinestCon Oy’s construction management, supervision and project management business.

FinestCon Oy serves both private and public sector customers primarily in building construction projects. It also has significant projects in the wind energy sector. The acquisition will enable Rakennuttajatoimisto HTJ Oy to serve its building construction customers in a larger geographical area.
