We advised the shareholders of both Vuoristo-Yhtiöt Oy, which operates Haikko Manor’s business, and Haikon Kartanon kiinteistöt Oy, which owns the real estate of Haikko Manor, in the sale of the entire share capital of both companies.
Haikko Manor is Finland’s first and most awarded manor hotel, which has been in operation since 1966. Today, it stands as the largest employer in the tourism sector in eastern Uusimaa, Finland, with a notable reputation for its spa, restaurant, and event services.
The completion of the transaction of Vuoristo-yhtiöt Oy requires the approval of the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority.
