Zehnder Group develops, produces and markets radiators and ventilation systems. Zehnder Group employs approximately 3,200 people worldwide and is listed on SIX Swiss Exchange.

Enervent is an indoor climate product and service manufacturer. Its AHU business product range includes ventilation units with built-in heat pumps and a revolutionary real estate energy management technology which enables automatic and easy management of the building’s heat loads and energy use with one system. The sale included all AHU business related assets of Enervent and the transfer of all employees to the buyer on an old employee basis. The AHU business continued on a going concern basis by the buyer Enervent Zehnder Oy, Finland.
