Procopé & Hornborg acted as the Legal Advisor to Etteplan Plc in its acquisition of Tegema Group which consists of Tegema Engineering services B.V., Tegema Arnhem B.V., Tegema Eindhoven B.V. and MA3 Solutions B.V. Tegema Group provides production solutions, production cells and equipment for customers in the field of semiconductors, electronics, mobility, photonics and medical.
Etteplan is a Finnish company specializing in industrial equipment and plant engineering solutions, software and embedded system solutions, as well as in technical documentation solutions. The acquisition strengthens Etteplan’s international growth and marks the start for engineering services in the Netherlands. Previously Etteplan was offering services for technical documentation in the Netherlands.
In 2019 Etteplan’s turnover was approximately EUR 263 million. The company currently employs over 3,400 professionals in Finland, Sweden, the Netherlands, Germany, Poland and China. Etteplan’s shares are listed on Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd.
