Gasum Tekniikka Oy is specialized in the industrial maintenance and service of gas transmission networks, gas stations and related equipment. The transaction is a part of the implementation of Viafin’s growth strategy.
Gasum Oy is a Nordic natural gas, biogas and liquefied natural gas (LNG) operator with around 400 employees in Finland, Norway and Sweden, and a EUR 925 million revenue for 2017. Gasum is a fully owned company by the State of Finland.
