Viafin Service is listed in Nasdaq Helsinki First North list. Gasum Tekniikka Oy is specialized in the industrial maintenance and service of gas transmission networks, gas stations and related equipment. The transaction is a part of the implementation of Viafin’s growth strategy.
Gasum Oy is a Nordic natural gas, biogas and liquefied natural gas (LNG) operator with around 400 employees in Finland, Norway and Sweden, and a EUR 925 million revenue for 2017. Gasum is a fully owned company by the State of Finland.
