Procopé & Hornborg was the principal advisor to URHOtv Oy in a groundbreaking content distribution deal with a large Nordic telecom company involving new and innovative distribution channels and methods. 

The team successfully assisted the company in obtaining the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority approval as the licensee for the Pay TV rights for the Finnish top professional ice hockey league (Finnish Elite League), at the time the most valuable TV rights in Finland. The case was part of a large merger clearance process in the media sector. Procopé & Hornborg’s team included Lotta Uusitalo.
