Saarni Nepton Oy acquires Flexim Pro/Compact Time & Attendance Business

We are pleased to announce that Saarni Nepton has successfully acquired Flexim Pro/Compact time & attendance business from Abloy Oy, with Procopé & Hornborg providing advisory support throughout the transaction. This strategic acquisition strengthens Saarni Nepton’s capabilities within its worktime management business segment raising Saarni Nepton to be Finland’s largest expert organization for working time monitoring.

Effective as of April 1, 2024, the Flexim Pro/Compact business, including its employees, were transferred to Saarni Nepton.

Saarni Nepton is a Finnish software company that belongs to the Saarni Cloud group specializing in working time management. The services provided by Saarni Nepton are utilized by nearly 200.000 wage and salary earners in approximately 900 customer organizations.
