We are pleased to announce that Axel Johnson International AB has successfully acquired a share majority in RST-Steel Oy through its group company TMT Widni Oy to strengthen its Transport Solutions’ vehicle component offering and to support its continued growth in vehicle safety products. Procopé & Hornborg provided legal advisory support to Axel Johnson International and TMT Widni Oy throughout the transaction.
Axel Johnson International is a privately owned Swedish industrial group operating globally. The group has a dedicated long-term approach to ownership, emphasizing sustainable progress and collaboration. The Transport Solutions business group provides safe transports by air, sea and land, and market-leading solutions within cargo securing and truck and trailer accessories.
