We are pleased to announce that Axel Johnson International AB has successfully acquired a share majority in RST-Steel Oy through its group company TMT Widni Oy to strengthen its Transport Solutions’ vehicle component offering and to support its continued growth in vehicle safety products. Procopé & Hornborg provided legal advisory support to Axel Johnson International and TMT Widni Oy throughout the transaction.
Axel Johnson International is a privately owned Swedish industrial group operating globally. The group has a dedicated long-term approach to ownership, emphasizing sustainable progress and collaboration. The focus lies on acquisitions and the development of companies, specializing in technical components and industrial solutions. The Transport Solutions business group provides safe transports by air, sea and land, and market-leading solutions within cargo securing and truck and trailer accessories. RST-Steel Oy is a leading Finnish manufacturer of bull bars and light bars for commercial vehicles.
