Axel Johnson International’s Transport Solutions acquires a share majority in RST-Steel Oy through TMT Widni Oy

We are pleased to announce that Axel Johnson International AB has successfully acquired a share majority in RST-Steel Oy through its group company TMT Widni Oy to strengthen its Transport Solutions’ vehicle component offering and to support its continued growth in vehicle safety products. Procopé & Hornborg provided legal advisory support to Axel Johnson International and TMT Widni Oy throughout the transaction.
