We are pleased to announce that KH Group Plc, together with the other shareholders of HTJ Holding Oy, has successfully signed an agreement on the sale of HTJ Holding Oy’s shares to XPartners Group company XPartners Finland Holding Oy. Procopé & Hornborg provided legal advisory support to KH Group Plc and other sellers throughout the transaction. The completion of the transaction is pending approval from the Finnish competition authorities.
KH Group Plc is a conglomerate with four business areas, all of which are leading players in their sectors in B2B products and services and consumer trade. HTJ is one of the leading construction management companies in Finland and offers its customers a wide range of expert services in construction management, site supervision, energy and environmental consulting, and project management.
The core team consisted of Petri Kyllönen, Lotta Uusitalo, Saga Lamminsivu and Lauri Koskenniemi.
