Axel Johnson International acquires a share majority in Nwe Network Engineering

We are pleased to announce that Axel Johnson International AB has successfully acquired a share majority in Nwe Network Engineering Oy Ab to strengthen its Transport Solutions business group’s presence in the Finnish market and to broaden the business group’s product portfolio within cargo securing solutions. Procopé & Hornborg provided legal advisory support to Axel Johnson International throughout the transaction.
