Data protection support to global infrastructure solutions provider in HR system implementation
Main contact
We advised the Nordic branch of a multinational provider of electronic and digital infrastructure solutions on the local implementation of a new human resources information system, focusing on ensuring compliance with relevant data protection regulations. Our work included the thorough review and localization of critical policies to ensure the secure handling of personal data. Additionally, we assisted in setting legally compliant data retention schedules, evaluating the legal bases for processing personal data, particularly in relation to legitimate interest, and ensuring GDPR compliance in the communication of information to data subjects.
