Procopé & Hornborg advised Etteplan in the outsourcing of Scania’s Finnish design unit to Etteplan

We acted as the legal advisor to Etteplan in the outsourcing of Scania subsidiary SOE Busproduction Finland Oy’s design unit and transfer of 29 design engineering employees to Etteplan.

The outsourcing strengthens Etteplan’s position and capabilities in vehicle engineering and enhances Etteplan’s capabilities in related technologies and testing.
