Procopé & Hornborg acted as the Legal Advisor to Indutrade in its acquisition of the shares of Labema Oy. Labema is a life science and biotechnology expert organization, that offers diagnostic equipment and supplies primarily to healthcare, food industry, and research laboratories operating in Finland and in the Baltics.
