Procopé & Hornborg acted as the Legal Advisor to Indutrade in its acquisition of the shares of Labema Oy. Labema is a life science and biotechnology expert organization, that offers diagnostic equipment and supplies primarily to healthcare, food industry, and research laboratories operating in Finland and in the Baltics.
Indutrade is an international industrial group focusing on developing and acquiring companies that are characterized by high-tech know-how and an ability to build enduring, close relationships with customers and suppliers. Indutrade operates through more than 200 subsidiaries and employs over 9,000 employees in more than 30 countries on six continents. Indutrade’s shares are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
