We advised Kamupak on its funding round to finance the company’s expansion of its service offerings and operations into Sweden by merging with a tech & sustainability startup &Repeat, forming a Nordic market leader in its field of reusable packages.
Kamupak is a Finnish start-up company that uses a digital deposit system for reusable products to solve the issue of waste created by single-use packaging. The company accomplishes this by offering reusable packaging as a service, along with providing its customers with environmental impact data, making acting sustainably easier for businesses and consumers. The company operates from Helsinki.
Procopé & Hornborg’s team advised Kamupak on all aspects of the funding round. The core team consisted of Petri Kyllönen, Pia Tanskanen and Iida Kangaspeska.
