Procopé & Hornborg acted as the legal advisor to lndutrade in its acquisition of Dewaco Oy, a Finnish company specializing in sludge treatment applications. Dewaco Oy delivers and implements complete sludge thickening, dewatering and sludge removal systems in Europe and Asia. The company has 23 employees and in 2020 Dewaco’s turnover amounted to EUR 6,7 million.
lndutrade is an international industrial group that sells and develops high-tech components, systems, and services.
