Procopé & Hornborg advised shareholders of Oy Silmätalo – Ögoncentral Ab (Silmätalo Porvoo) in the sale of the company’s entire share capital to Silmäasema Optiikka Oy (Silmäasema). Silmätalo Porvoo provides eye surgery services and traditional ophthalmology consultations. The company is established in 2007 and is located in Porvoo.  

Silmäasema offers a wide range of eye health and optometry services throughout Finland through its 140 stores and 16 eye hospitals. The company has also six stores in Estonia. Silmäasema became part of the Coronaria Group in the end of 2019.
