The transaction comprises Office Innovations Finland Oy together with its subsidiary Office Innovations Vantaa Oy. Office Innovations Finland offers comprehensive printing and information management solutions for businesses of all sizes across Finland, including managed print services, information and document management services, maintenance and related security services, and equipment sales.
 
This acquisition aligns with Nestit Group’s strategy to enhance its presence in the Finnish market. Nestit Group is a leading Nordic provider of IT, managed working environments, and office solutions for small and medium-sized businesses, with a combined revenue of approximately one billion Swedish crowns and active growth ambitions in Finland.
