Procopé & Hornborg assisted Fenniarail Oy (formerly Proxion Train Oy) in a case at the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority against VR Group Ltd, a state-owned railway monopoly, in abuse of dominance case in Finland related to the refusal to supply locomotives. 

Fenniarail Oy is the first Finnish railway operator operating on a commercial basis. Procopé & Hornborg’s team included Lotta Uusitalo.
