Procopé & Hornborg advises Fibus Oy in the acquisition of Buspartner’s business operations, a leading bus sales specialist based in Malax, Finland. The acquisition comprises Buspartner’s entire business operations and buses in stock, with Buspartner having sold over 100 buses annually since 2020 and achieving a turnover of approximately 6 million euros in 2025. Buspartner, founded in 2014, specializes in sales of buses of all kinds and sizes.

This acquisition supports Fibus’s growth strategy and strengthens the company’s position as Finland’s leading provider of bus sales and services. Fibus is a company based in Oulu, employing around 50 people, with operations in Oulu and Lahti, providing support for bus operators through comprehensive maintenance, repair, sales, and development services across Finland.

The deal includes Buspartner’s business as well as the buses in stock, and Buspartner’s founder and entrepreneur, Daniel Björkstrand, will become part of Fibus’s operations through the acquisition. Buspartner will continue operating under its own brand, with its name and visual identity remaining the same.
